Back in those December days in 2015 when I was a 3rd-year student, I had an artbook project about Saigon. I finally decided to choose "bánh mì" - the most familiar image with every Vietnamese.

This book includes 3 parts: "Bánh mì" in bakery, "bánh mì" on street, "bánh mì" in luxury restaurant. I have never forgotten these days going around Sai Gon, having chances to visit bakery shops, watching the making process, talking with many people who have sold ”bánh mì” for many years.

Now, have a good time enjoying the most delicious street food around  the world with “bánh mì Sài Gòn”!
