"Hóa Rồng" - Fly, Dragon Fly.
Lucky money inside an envelope is called "Lì xì" in Vietnamese. It is considered as a good wish given every new year. And to me, having my own-style collection of Tet envelopes was in top of my to-do list. Hence, in early 2024 which is my gap year, I made it happen.
Combining with my interest in pun, there are 3 designs as 3 different New year wishes.
Thanks god, my very first start up went well and I almost sold out this collection this year 🙏
And thanks Thuy, a good friend for help in photography.
This is the main wish for 2024 - the year of Dragon. "Hóa Rồng" in Vietnamese means huge transformation.
It's time to transform, to change, to take action, to fly, Dragon Fly.
The pun around the word "Money" and "May" ("luck" in Vietnamese). When giving the envelope, we always say "Lì xì lấy May" but to me, "Money" also matters (jk)
"There is a lot of luck inside this smile."
